I LOVE Kinesis! It's a super workout and so much fun - Quick, efficient, big calorie burner. The itonic/vibration platform in there is an added bonus!

I think Kinesis is a terrific class, but I just don't like the idea of being "locked into" an exercise routine. With vacations, and schedule conflicts, I get frustrated if I pay extra to work out, and it isn't available at a time that's convenient, or I can't make a class and I'm wasting money. Plus I had a problem with the whole "charter Kinesis" membership.

I LOVED my free Kinesis session and was SO SO SO sore the next evening! I have a regular routine cross training in classes right now and I like it but I am hoping to get a month of Kinesis in September to do some extra toning before a trip to Maui!
It is like personal training but a whole lot less expensive!

We love Kinesis! Such a great work out. The charter price is such a great deal at $95. I heard there may be an independent program coming up which would be great for people who can't make the charter times but you have to do it on your own. For me the instructors are the best!
