FIGHT for Fitness
FIGHT for Fitness- 11am and 7pm
Led by Personal Trainer Charlie Wilson. Looking for a new and exciting way to get in shape?? You've just found it!!! Fight For Fitness is a high-intensity strength and conditioning workout incorporating contact kickboxing and weight training principles in a fast-paced fun environment. Participants will become familiar with technique-based kickboxing fundamentals that are sure to give everyone involved a great workout from head to toe! From basic footwork and punches to Thai kicks and shadowboxing, all done with REAL PADS and emphasis on proficiency! So step it up and join the fun! Space is limited so sign up ASAP!
Starts June 23rd and ends July 30th
6 weeks & 12 Sessions
Tuesday and Thursday at 11am at East Wenatchee
Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm at East Wenatchee
$240.00 for members
$360.00 for non-members
